Hold Sports Activities in the Community and Develop Exercise Programs Among Local Residents
Organize and manage the participants of athletic meets within the city, national athletic meets, athletic meets for indigenes and for the disabled; manage the "Mayor's Cup", the most outstanding sports team and MVP; and undertake the task of arranging the activity budget. - Improve Upon the Development of Physical Education in Schools; Augment the Current Exercise Programs
Manage municipal and national elementary and junior high school sports meets; provide counseling for physical education classes and sports competitions for all ages; subsidize a scholarship for excellent athletic achievement and provide funding for participants (all ages) in national competitions. -
Substantiating the Establishment of all Types of Physical Education
Work hard for subsidies from each community development association for the construction of basic athletic fields and equipment; manage the gym, activity center; promote, (repair) and construct comprehensive sports centers, athletic fields, and locate subsidies for purchasing P. E. equipment for the school. -
Manage and Supervise Hygiene, Healthcare and Environment Education in Schools
Supervise and conduct activities concerning the cleaning of school grounds, garbage separation, the promotion of environmental protection, and nature conservation studies; conduct health examinations on all new students at elementary schools; strengthen oral hygiene and vision healthcare education; conduct operations dealing with the sterilization and beautification of school environments; overlook and assist with the maintenance of drinking water facilities in schools and all affairs concerning water quality inspections. -
Assisting with Lunch Operations
Substantiate and improve kitchen facilities in all schools, assist with the launching of lunch programs in schools throughout the city; overlook kitchen operations from time to time; work in cooperation with the Department of public health in making assessments; conduct lunch operation review meetings.
